| Yes! All products that we sell are new in the box,
and come with full manufacturer's warranty, valid in the United States
of America, as stated in the literature that accompanies the products.
Some product like Scubapro, Pinnacle,
Dive-Rite, UK and Pelican
offer full life-time warranty on most of their products.
We send your products with all of the warranty information and instructions.
On assembled rigs it is difficult to send the original boxes, since
the gear is made dive ready, assembled and tested and does not come
in individual pieces. |
| If your product requires warranty service, you
can get it service at any Authorized Dealer for your
product, that's why you purchased authentic products from an Authorized
Dealer in the first place. If there is no dealer in your area or want
us to service it for you, please fill out a Work
Order Request Form. we can service all makes and models of scuba
gear, however we can only perform warranty service on those products
which we are an authorized dealer for. We are an authorized dealer
for everything we sell. A list of products is under the Contact
Us. page. We are happy to service your gear wherever you
are. Ship to us.
And we'll ship it back within 10 working days. Anything beyond manufacturer's
annual service requirements will receive a quote before work is performed,
unless it is under warranty, then labor is $50, flat rate per regulator
setup (1st Stage, Primary, Alternate Regulators and gauge/computer
console. Most dive computers have a serviceable battery some Scubapro/Uwatec
computers have a built in battery with free lifetime battery replacement,
except newer TEC and Prime (hockey puck style) computers which have
a dealer serviced battery. |

When you purchase from a dealer
who is NOT an authorized dealer your products may not be authentic,
complete, have all of the latest design and production updates,
meet our performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered
with. Purchasing products from an authorized dealer means that you
are buying from trained professionals who can properly instruct
you on how you uses your product safely. Authorized dealers have
factory trained personnel who are authorized to take care of you
instantly. Only an authorized dealer can replace a defective piece
of gear, handy the night before your trip. |
